If you have never logged into the new catalog the link for "Forgot your password or don't have one" will always fail. This link will only work if you have already created an account in the new catalog or the app. 

In order to reset your password please visit the Account area of the old catalog and click on the Forgot Your Password link. 

Once you have reset your password you will then be able to log into the new catalog
