If you need to change the pickup location of your hold, do the following steps:
  • Sign in to My Account
  • Click "# requests (holds)"
  • In the "Pickup Location" column, choose the correct location from the drop-down menu for each hold you wish to change
  • Click "Update List"
Please note: If there is no drop-down menu and the status of the hold is "In Transit" or "Ready" you will not be able to change the pickup location. Please call us at 207-2500 or contact us online to request any changes.
